Kids Classes

Kids are taught mixed martial arts and self-defense in the form of Pankration. Pankration is a combination of boxing, wrestling, and other fighting arts, such as Jiu-Jitsu. Strikes are to the body only to minimize the chance of injuries.

Coach Jeff teaches kids MMA classes Monday through Thursday @4:15pm, @5:15pm and @6pm.

Kickboxing & Muay Thai

MMA

Our MMA classes teach students to develop and combine skills in boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, and jiu-jitsu. These skills are excellent for a competitive environment or self-defense.

BJJ

We teach the art of controlling and submitting an opponent. Our students use these skills in tournaments and are prepared for self-defense situations. Jiu-Jitsu saves lives.

Boxing
Wrestling & Yoga

Muay Thai Kickboxing

From clinches to head kicks—we teach our students the art of eight limbs, kicks, knees, punching, and elbows. Muay Thai Kickboxing is an essential in self-defense.

Boxing

We teach boxing beginning with the fundamentals. Building off the most important punch—the jab—our students gain boxing prowess.

Wrestling

Wrestling is key for any mixed-martial artist. We teach wrestling basics and pair it with other disciplines. Never enter a competition without the basics of the single and double-leg takedown.
